The
National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC)
is a statutory body the nation's apex judicial
forum. It is headed by the Chief Justice of
Pakistan and comprises Chief Justice, Federal
Shariat Court and 4 Chief Justices of High Courts,
as members. The
Secretary, Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan
is designated as the Secretary to the Committee.
